The objectives of this reseach are1/Too investigate the influence of inoculation on nodulation, nitrogen fixation of the soyabean plant and protein content of soyabean seed.2/To examine the effect of N and P fertilization on nodulation,N-fixation and soyabean yield. The results showed that1/The intoduced peat inoculant resluted in good nodulation and N-fixato 2/Significantly higher shoot dry matter, total N-uptake, 100 seed weight, seed yield and total crued protein were obtained from seed inoculation in comparison with uninoculated ones.
