The methods for predicting the response of piles under different lateral loads and soil conditions. The study is focused on the performance of the pile force under the lateral load of an arch bridge. The effect of compressing arch bridges creates a large lateral load. It is therefore one of the most important factors in the design of piles. The 3D finite element method was applied to numerical modeling and the ABAQUS version 6.14 program was used to evaluate different pile-soil diameter under lateral load.
