An award winning television food presenter and author, Maeve O'Meara has spent the last 20 years exploring the many cuisines that make Australia's culinary scene so vibrant. Along with French Food Safari, she was the presenter of the Food Safari and Italian Food Safari television series, and the author of the accompanying books. Chef Guillaume Brahami trained with French master Jo l Robuchon and is adept at explaining the techniques that underlie French cuisine. He is the author of Food for Friends, and is executive chef of Guillaume at Bennelong (at the base of the Opera House in Sydney) and Bistro Guillaume in Melbourne.
