Victor R. Preedy, PhD. DSc, PRIPH, FRSH, FIBiol, FRCPath, is Director of the Genomics Centre and Professor of Nutritional Biochemistry in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at King's College London. He is on the editorial advisory board of Journal of Cellular Pathology, Frontiers in Bioscience, and Drug and Alcohol Dependence. Has published numerous peer-reviewed papers, abstracts, and reviews, as well as 15 books. Currently, he is editor-in-chief of Handbook of Disease Burdens and Quality of Life Measures, in production at Springer.
