management (VBM). Since VBM is relatively new in the Thai context, this study examines what factors influence the choice of performance measurement tools, such as VBM.
This research also questions whether the use of VBM tools helps to improve organization performance. Since VBM does not narrowly defined only for the area of corporate finance, it also relates to Strategic Management,
Organization Behavior and Performance Measurement.
The book is, therefore, benefited to professionals like consultants, managers as well as academics, and researchers.
