In particular, the theoretical roots of implicit coordination come from the streams of research: psychology and management. The first stream studies behaviors, knowledge based processes, knowledge patterns, knowledge based approach: the second stream of research focuses on the measurement and management of implicit coordination behaviors. To meet these social and management challenges is leading issue of research and on sound pedagogical principles, has in it the objective to increase, facilitate, contribute and promote the efficiency of learning for individuals and groups. The book explores the ways in which teams are operating and influencing each other. What is the role of TIC, and how is this role changing?
