Here, this political culture is supposed to re-engineer socialization to be parallel to the paths of political culture from which the political system aspires to first, dedicate and sustain peace, second, re-engineer social memory, thereby establishing a state of tolerance and reconciliation that enshrines value-based peace that consolidates peace, third, this is accompanied by an undivided, reconciled and tolerant educational system that consolidates value-based peace through socialization courses and through the courses of the educational process.
