Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter der Physikalisch-Technischen Bundesanstalt Braunschweig, beauftragt mit Problemen des gesetzlichen Messwesens, der rechnergesteuerten interferrometrischen Längenmessung, des Schätzens von Messungssicherheiten und der Anpassung von Fundamentalkonstanten der Physik. Publikationen und Vorträge über Verfahren zum Auswerten von Messdaten.
