This study clinched the various factors related to chronic disease medications. From the results, it is concluded that the females present in the population are more likely prone to disease, also they have a higher mortality rate as compared to males. As the diseases are chronic, there is a need to improve each and every factor linked to them. PDC values calculated signifies that more the value of PDC more will be the adherence rate of patient. This study also identified that the females and older population (generally greater than 55-60 years of age) should get future pharmacist interventions for improved clinical outcomes.
