Carbide is an excellent candidate material for use in fusion and fission nuclear reactors. This book aims to document the behaviour of carbide under the nuclear irradiation at high temperatures. Experiments of helium irradiation in carbides in temperature range of 700-900°C have been conducted with in-situ ion irradiation facility. The research work was funded by Hubei Superior and Distinctive Discipline Group of "Mechatronics and Automobiles" (No. XKQ2019009).
