This is the first in-depth study of AGA. First time Newtonian hypersonic regime was considered for atmospheric maneuvering. In this study, AGA with heating constraint is also considered. This is first time that it is shown the atmospheric maneuvering can change heliocentric plane while maximizing or minimizing heliocentric velocity. This technique can be used for the studying poles of the sun and studying the Pluto planet as well since it orbits around the sun having 17 degree with the terrestrial plane.
