Moreover, the subsidy bill of chemical fertilizers has become a huge financial burden for the governments. Therefore organic farming has emerged as the best possible alternative. People with knowledge and skills in organic farming and certification will have good demand for finding solutions to the world food security problems. This book focuses on adding value to the agriculture produce through organic production and certification so that producers can get premium prices in export and domestic markets.
