Recently, due to climate change resulted in paradigm shift in agriculture and moreover production of tuber crops, especially sugarbeet, is mainly dependent on temperature, rainfall etc. The suitable management practices mainly date of sowing, nutrition and harvesting schedules are considered to be most important for growers. This book mainly deals with challenges involved in cultivation of sugarbeet and research methodology to solve the difficulties of cultivation. Hence, our aim is to make profitable production of sugarbeet by practicing the recommended technology as per the climatic condition prevailing in the cultivation zones.
