Diabetes mellitus is a disease in which the body is unable to produce or unable to properly use and store glucose (a form of sugar). Glucose backs up in the bloodstream causing ones blood glucose or "sugar" to raise too high. This is an intellectual exercise comprising assembling, manipulating and inspecting information got from physical, chemical and biological experiments and correlating these to biological activity.
