I strongly feel the book will have particular appeal as it will address complex leadership development models but will be written in an accessible way using different research methods. It is also likely to be a recommended library purchase in all institutions teaching qualitative mixed research methods of leadership development. The book will enable readers to understand how leadership development programmes can be used to support school effectiveness, the sorts of challenges schools or educational system may face when applying leadership and management development programmes into future methodologies.

Ebot Ashu, FrederickFrederick Ebot Ashu is an Assistant Lecturer of Educational Foundation and Administration at the University of Buea and President of the Cameroon Council for Educational Leadership and management Society (CCELMS). He is the founding editor of Educational Leadership and Management Studies (ELMS) funded by the Commonwealth Professional Fellowship.
