Vidmantas Tutlys is Professor of Education Science and Researcher at Vytautas Magnus University Institute of Educational Research in Kaunas, Lithuania. His research areas cover development of vocational education and training policies, VET curriculum design, skill formation and qualification systems.Jörg Markowitsch is Senior Partner at 3s Research & Consulting in Vienna, Austria, and policy advisor on national and EU-Level in the area of education and labour markets. His areas of research include comparative research in vocational education and training, European educational policy, skill taxonomies and skills forecasting.Jonathan Winterton is Professor of Work and Employment and Head of the Department of Work and Employment Relations at Leeds University Business School.
