Brecken Chinn Swartz Ph.D.is a Harvard-trained teacher, researcher, andcommunicator with a PhD in Communicationfrom the University of Maryland. She is thefounder and chair of the educational developmentnetwork HandReach and managingdirector of Sinolink LLC, an internationalcommunication consultancy. She currentlyteaches communication at the University ofMaryland and yoga at Greenbelt OmCommunity Yoga.
