When the mindfulness uses as a tool to see what is happening in the mind and body accordingly, then the true nature of existence can be able to understand. With the help of mindfulness is the only way to live realistic way, mindfulness one can develop virtuous qualities, dispel defilements and achieve the supreme bliss of liberation.
