Dr. Robert J. Barbera is executive vice president and chief economist at ITG. Dr. Barbera has spent the last 26 years as a Wall Street economist, earning a wide institutional following. He serves as a Fellow in the Economics Department of the Johns Hopkins University, where has taught applied macroeconomics for five years. Early in his career, Dr. Barbera served as a staff economist for U.S. Senator Paul Tsongas and as an economist for the Congressional Budget Office.
