The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral therapy on marital satisfaction, life quality, depression and anxiety in women with breast cancer. The current study was quantitative in terms of practical purpose, semi-experimental in terms of data collection method and semi-experimental in terms of methodology and post-test design with control group. The statistical population of this study included all women with breast cancer who referred to medical centers of the Tehran city in the second half of 2019. In order to collect research data, Enrich's marital satisfaction questionnaire, life quality questionnaire, Beck depression inventory and Spielberg anxiety questionnaire were used to analyze the research data and multivariate covariance analysis test (MANCOVA) was used. According to the research findings, cognitive-behavioral therapy is significant on the life quality, marital satisfaction, and anxiety and depression in women with cancer.
