Autoren-Porträt
Professor Nobuyuki Imanishi received his Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial Chemistry) from Kyoto University, Japan in 1986 and went on to receive his Master's Degree in Engineering (Industrial Chemistry) in 1988 and his Doctorate of Engineering in 1993, also from Kyoto University, Japan. Professor Imanishi's research interests include electrode materials for lithium batteries (silicon-carbon composites for high capacity anode) solid-state electrolytes for batteries (oxide, sulfide and polymer) polymer lithium ion batteries, lithium-air batteries and kinetic studies including charge transfer at electrode/electrolyte interface. Professor Peter G. Bruce is a Professor of Chemistry at St. Andrews University, United Kingdom. His primary research interests are in the fields of solid state chemistry and electrochemistry.
