Raul Chong is a database consultant at the IBM Toronto Lab. He works closely with IBM's DB2 development team, and has extensive hands-on DB2 experience through his work with IBM partners and customers, and as coauthor of several DB2 books for IBM Press. Clara Liu is a database consultant at IBM Canada. As a member of IBM's Channel and Partner Enablement Team, she works closely with partners, ISVs, and integrators to develop and tune third-party products for DB2. She coauthored DB2 SQL Procedure Language for Linux, UNIX and Windows (Prentice Hall, 2003) with Paul Yip. Sylvia Qi has worked with DB2 UDB as a DB2 service analyst for IBM since 1999. A contributing author to IBM DeveloperWorks, she has in-depth knowledge of the DB2 engine, connectivity, and administration. Dwaine Snow is a database consultant at the IBM Toronto Lab. He works closely with IBM's DB2 development team, and has extensive hands-on DB2 experience through his work with IBM partners and customers, and as coauthor of Advanced DBA Certification Guide and Reference for DB2 Universal Database v8 for Linux, UNIX, and Windows (Prentice Hall, 2004).
