In a world built for, by, and around neurotypical adults, people with neurodevelopmental disorders often struggle to cope. The onus is always on those on the margins to understand and fit in with a world that makes little sense to them.

Inside, it will provide you with information about the symptoms of ADHD; how you will be diagnosed when you visit a medical professional; how well adult ADHD can be managed; and the self-help and alternative strategies available to you for managing ADHD as an adult.
