Some of Dayton's experiences occurred when he was an operative for the Office of Strategic Services (OSS) and the Counter Intelligence Corps (CIC), covert branches of the US government. The stories you find here about those covert activities are based on vague narratives and hedged comments from Dayton, combined with the results of years of in-depth research.
