She is a strong willed person who had to earn that strength through a hard and epic life that would make most people cringe.
In this fiction story, the author wanted to make people aware of the ongoing problems in America and around the world of human trafficking. This is a real problem that effects the world and is going on right under our noses. Kids and adults are effected by human trafficking, and we has people need to work together to stop this from happing any further.
Azariannas stories is a story of someone that goes through this system of human trafficking and becomes a better person in the end. Not all stories end this way, and with this series, the author wants people to see that.
