Jim Moore built a career in bodybuilding which lasted nearly three decades. The stereotypical skinny guy, he took up the sport to feel better about himself, and won five British and UK championship titles. Moore now works in the mental health sector. He still hits the gym to coach and 'smash out' weights, though with a slightly revised intensity.
