Veronica M. McNally spent three years at Glasgow Caledonian University in Scotland, studying human nutrition and dietetics. She earned degrees through Open University based in Milton Keynes, England. Veronica has a bachelor’s degree in science with a Diploma in Nutrition from Southern Regional College in Northern Ireland. McNally worked for a time as a chemistry teacher and is now a nutritional consultant. She has two grown children.
