Prof. Gabriele Suder is director of the International CEO Forum and professorial fellow at The University of Melbourne. She is an active member of the Centre for Asian Business and Economics (CABE) and the EU Centre on Shared Complex Challenges. After a career in France, China, and the United States, Gabriele served as director, international relations at The University of Melbourne, as its university-wide leader of international institutional and government relations on a global level, and is expert at the OECD (Services Competitiveness), the EU, JETRO, and for the Australian Government (Commonwealth and State level). She is vice president of the Australia New Zealand International Business Academy (ANZIBA).Gabriele is a distinguished, award-winning, highly prolific author, with more than 50 peer-reviewed scholarly journal articles and 11 international business and strategy books. They include International Business, Doing Business in Europe (three editions, Sage Publications), The Routledge Companion to European Business (co-edited and co-authored), and a book series on the impact of terrorism on internationalisation, as well as a current project on Doing Business in Asia (Sage Publications). Gabriele is an editorial board member of The Journal of International Business Policy (www.jibp.net) and the International Business Review. She is reviewer and member of editorial boards at A* journals. She has published more than 70 corporate and sector case studies in books and training and practitioner journals.
