The Encyclopaedia is an modest attempt by the author to present various industrial Relation Management Principles ought to be known. The law is explained as it stands, without an ideological perspective either in favors of or against employer or employees. it will be amply rewarded if this Encyclopaedia can contribute towards a better understanding of the industrial Relations in this country.
