This book examines the effective and appropriate integration of project customers in intercultural settings. Patrick Lückmann is a Professor of Logistics and International Management at FOM University in Dortmund, Germany. His research focusses on intercultural project management, SCM and logistics, lean management and Six Sigma. Prior to embarking on his academic career he gained experience as a consultant and project manager in the field of logistics and supply chain services.
