An award-winning chef and formed member of Culinary Team Victoria (1990 and 1992) and Culinary Team Canada (1994), Angelo Prosperi-Porta was trained at Malaspina College. He has worked as a pastry chef at Murchie's Tearoom and the Oak Bay Beach Hotel in Victoria, and ran the pastry kitchen at the Delta Mountain Inn in Whistler. In 2001, he and Ina opened Angelo's Cooking School in conjunction with Cooper's Cove Guesthouse. Visit www.cooperscove.com.
