If you are not yet a believer or born again you need to with help of this book, give your life to Christ and become born again:

3. - Be baptized in the holy spirit.

This is the set order, but God can make work the way he wants. But the essence of these is the unity in the faith.

Let us not leave human effort out of this equation. Human are used to witness to us before he become born again as pastors, prophets, and evangelist. No wonder Jesus prays let them be come as we are: United. Jn 19:
