Amber Icenhour is a freelance illustrator who goes under the pen name Insane Angel Art. She lives in Mountain City, Tennessee, with her family. She always has loved drawing since she was small and continued loving art. She pursued her passion into college at the Art Institute of Atlanta and graduated with a bachelor's degree in illustration and design.
