Paulette Ashlin earned a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte, and a bachelor’s degree from Davidson College. She is a leadership and business coach and founder of Ashlin Associates, a management consulting company. Ashlin and her husband have two children and live in North Carolina.
