Lillian's mission is to promote accurate and nonjudgmental views on mental health, and to provide REAL information and strategies for a variety of problems, issues and concerns based on REAL evidence and REAL experience in an accessible, genuine and engaging manner that fosters positive change for everyone involved. Lillian grew up in the Washington DC area but has been living and working in Melbourne, Australia for over 20 years where she gets to drink great coffee and enjoy the Australian Open Tennis tournament every year.
