In the present book, entitled "Management Soil Quality for Sustainable Agriculture", an attempt has been made to compile the information on concept and indicators of soil quality and its relevance in sustainable crop production. The book also embodies information on improving various parameters of soil quality. Few pages in the book on methods for assessing physcial, chemical and biological parameters of soil quality will be helpful in monitoring the status of soil health. The chapters in the book have been contributed by eminent scientists engaged in basic and applied research of Soil Science. The book will be bery useful to the scientists engaged in soil and crop prodution research, extension workers, students and farmers.
