Rajiv Kumar Garg, PhD, is Professor (HAG) in the Industrial and Production Engineering Department at Dr. B. R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology Jalandhar, India. His areas of interest are nontraditional machining, supply chain management, industrial management, and systems dynamics. He has over 28 years of industry and teaching experience. With over 140 publications in international and national journals and conference proceedings, Dr. Garg is also a reviewer and associate editor of several journals and chief editor of the International Journal of Machining and Machinability of Materials.

Ravi Pratap Singh, PhD, is Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial and Production Engineering at Dr. B. R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Punjab, India. Prior to this, he also served in the Department of Technical Education, Uttar Pradesh, India. He has published more than 75 research articles and papers at national and international conferences. He is also a guest editor of the World Journal of Engineering and the International Journal of Six Sigma and Competitive Advantage.

Rajeev Trehan, PhD, is Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Industrial and Production Engineering at Dr. B. R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology Jalandhar, India. His areas of interest are quality management, supply chain management, industrial management, and systems dynamics. He has over 28 years of industry and teaching experience.
