Sophie Maclaren is a mindfulness trainer and coach working on well-being and human flourishing for individuals and organisations. She is Resident Expert in Mindfulness and Leadership at Oxford University, Said Business School. As a social entrepreneur she is the founder of Estia Wellspace, and co-director of Awaris Leadership in the UK. Having been raised with mindfulness, she has been leading mindful arts, yoga and meditation family programs as well as leadership trainings internationally for over two decades. Sophie regularly practiced and developed the bedtime meditations in this book with her mother, Kerry Lee MacLean, since she was a small child.Kerry Lee MacLean has dedicated her life to helping start a worldwide family meditation movement. She is the author of ten books, including Peaceful Piggy Meditation, Moody Cow Meditates, and The Family Meditation Book-an expanded edition of which is in the works. Kerry is Sophie's mom, and together they have happily led mindful arts, meditation, and yoga programs for children, teens, young adults, and their parents internationally since 1996.
