Port communities are increasingly concerned about the local environmental problems associated with air pollution from increased port activities. Tsz Leung Yip is Deputy Director of the CY Tung International Centre for Maritime Studies, and an Associate Professor in the Department of Logistics and Maritime Studies at Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong.
