Palestrante e professor no Senac-SP, Palas Athena- SP, SOL-Brasil, professor voluntário do Cin-UFPE. Diretor técnico da Valença & Associados- Aprendizagem Organizacional (desde 1978). Autor de 16 livros, entre eles: Eficácia Profissional; Mediação: Método da Investigação Apreciativa da Ação em Ação, tomos I e II; Teoria de Açao Comunicativa em Gestão de Projetos, tomos I,II e III; Aprendizagem Organizacional: 123 Aplicações Práticas de Arquétipos Sistêmicos. Serviu como consultor a dezenas de empresas e organizações com a abordagem da Teoria de Ação Comunicativa (inspiração em Chris Argyris e Donald Schön).
