The City International Bank of New York is looking for a foothold in Europe and has targeted the Bank of St Andrew, an Edinburgh based bank in need of investment and some new management.
But things arent what they seem. The Bank of St Andrew has some secrets and some very dubious customers who will stop at nothing to protect their business. Including the British Government and an Italian called Gio Bartolo.

He has a track record of building high performing teams and is an expert in change management and business transformation. Phil has spent a great deal of his career in trouble shooting roles and helping businesses improve performance, particularly through the organisation and management of people. His more recent roles include merger and integration planning, the development and implementation of business strategies and overseeing major change programmes.
Phil’s passion is football, as a former player and manager but especially as a dedicated Leeds United season ticket holder. He lives in North Wales with his wife Sian, and has three daughters Gemma, Hannah and Kate.
