Produktinformationen zu „Street Poetry (ePub)“
I started writing poetry as an outlet to the tragedies
that have occured in my life. I have survived
child abuse; physical, verbal, emotional abuse,
racism and discrimination for my sexuality. I have
overcome dark moments and have enjoyed happy
ones, and through it all I have had my eyes on
the prize. The goal has always been to share with
others my thoughts and feelings, no matter how
raw and uncensored they may be. I share my innermost demons because I
know that there are many others out there just like me. Women and children
with no voice, and with no choice. I write because it is natural to me. I write
because it is my choice. I write because I have found my voice.

Autoren-Porträt von Rose Padilla
I started writing poetry as an outlet to the tragedies that have occured in my life. I have survived child abuse; physical, verbal, emotional abuse, racism and discrimination for my sexuality. I have overcome dark moments and have enjoyed happy ones, and through it all I have had my eyes on the prize. The goal has always been to share with others my thoughts and feelings, no matter how raw and uncensored they may be. I share my innermost demons because I know that there are many others out there just like me. Women and children with no voice, and with no choice. I write because it is natural to me. I write because it is my choice. I write because I have found my voice.I currently live in Lebanon, PA. I was born in New York City and I lived for a time in Puerto Rico. I am 26 years old. I enjoy spending time with friends and family, and in my circle I am the funny crazy girl... if only they knew.
