We can cultivate inner resiliency through expanded mental awareness and steadiness, riding the wave of life and not being beaten down by it.
The way we experience life has to do with the lenses through which we see the world. The more you are aware of your own lenses, the more opportunities you have to uncover your blind spots. When you uncover your blind spots, you increase your awareness. Increased awareness yields increased possibilities. Therefore, instead of perfection, the goal here is to achieve as much congruency as you can in any area of your life. Take stock, reflect, recalibrate, take action, and up the game.
