Still, the author has in his lifetime, been a metropolitan daily newspaperman, a magazine writer and has written a few books on his beloved topic of boating and seafaring adventures, including Dead on the Wind, In the Teeth of the Northeaster, Wake of the Green Storm, and Broken Seas: True Tales of Extraordinary Seafaring Adventures. He likes to laugh.
