Today he is a teacher and educator, is a graduate of The American College in Baghdad; author of two books in Hebrew, Babylon in the Underground, and My friends, the Kurds; author of Deep into the Soul, published in the U.S.A., and three poetry books in Hebrew and in English; chosen as Poet of the Month, U.S.A., for his poetry books Rose Petals Down the Stream; bearer of the Institute of Bankers Certificate, London; writer of several articles and short stories published in Great Britain, U.S.A., and South Africa; awarded the Editors Choice Award of the National Library of Poetry, U.S.A., for outstanding achievements on poetry; and recently awarded a Honorary Doctor of Literature, English, from the Dean of Marlborough University, Great Britain, for his impressive achievements in the field of English literature, poetry and prose, and for his book QUAGMIRE, published in London.
