Dr. Swarn Lata has more than thirty-five years of experience teaching sitar to students from diverse cultures and communities. She earned her PhD from Panjab University in Chandigarh, India. Dr. Lata is the founder and director of Sitar Darpan School of Music in Toronto, Canada, where she lives and practices healing through music therapy.
