Autoren-Porträt von Agnes Szenozicska Schultz
Dr. Schultz is a pediatrician in private practice, in a small town in SC. She takes great pride treating her thousands of patients as her own "kids".She is also the mother of three children, Robert, Anna and Kristina.
A native of Hungary, who moved to the USA and restarted her carrier here as a pediatrician, but at first she had to learn English. The struggles of establishing herself in her chosen carrier and in a new country sparked the idea of her book, The Little Tree.
In her cleverly crafted story Dr. Schultz takes the reader to a stationary setting to a lonely outcropping of stone where a tiny seed lands and grows into the little tree, all along recalling her mother's teaching.
The little tree grows strong roots, reaches toward the promising sunshine and finds delight to help little birds nest on her branches. As she grows even taller, The Little Tree learns how she never been alone.
The Little Tree is such a hearth-warming story filled with rich descriptions and a lot more action than it could be predicted to happen on a lonely hillside.
A uniquely, beautifully crafted story to touch children and their parents alike.
