Jacob Silver, PhD, earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in political science from Rutgers University and a doctorate in political science from the Ohio State University. He taught at the University of Memphis, Haifa University, and the University of Illinois at Urbana. Retired, Silver and his wife live in Michigan.
