This book describes the future of mankind and the ultimate destiny of mankind in the form of a utopian novel. It is thinking about the future tens of thousands or even millions of years to come from the perspective of the universe far away from the earth and from the appearance of mankind tens of thousands of years ago. It does not considers decades, hundreds of years, or thousands of years. It does not consider one's own nation, one's own country, and the current world, nor does it consider history, religion, politics, geographic boundaries, and demographic conditions.

The ultimate goal of human development is to realize the human vision of "Peace and Happiness, and the Lasting Forever of Human Beings." until tens of thousands or even millions of years.

This Utopian World was in 2384 AD, and people there called it the Era of Reasonability. War and poverty have been eliminated, the gap between rich and poor is small, people live in peace and happiness, and the human vision has been realized.

This book presents ten common senses that are self-explanatory and need not be proved.

• It is better to live than to die.

• It is better to be rich than poor.

• Health is better than disease.

• Education is better than ignorance.

• Equality is better than discrimination.

• Freedom is better than slavery.

• Honor is better than disgraceful.

• Peace is better than war.

• Happiness is better than pain.

• Hope is better than despair.

The four human axioms of The Universal Axioms (in Chapter 2) are derived from these ten common senses, and The World Declaration (in Chapter 3) is derived from The Universal Axioms, which are then implemented by the Global Supervisor Organization (in Chapter 4) and the World Government (Chapter 5). Finally the human vision is realize (in Chapters 6 and 7).

The vision of mankind "Peace and Happiness, and the Lasting Forever of Human Beings." can be divided into three sub-goals.

• The first sub-goal is peace, which is to achieved by eliminating wars. The fourth human axiom defines the behavior that threatens peace, and the punishment measures are stipulated in The World Declaration, which is implemented finally by the GSO using drone precision killing technology.

• The second sub-goal is happiness, which is achieved by eliminating permissivism. The second human axiom defines that consumption, travel and childbirth should be restricted, and punishment measures are stipulated in The World Declaration, which is realized finally using the global financial database technology.

• The third sub-goal is the lasting forever of human beings, which is achieved by eliminating permissivism and reducing the global population, reaching tens of thousands or even millions of years. It is stipulated in the second human axiom and The World Declaration. The restrictions on childbirth are ultimately implemented by various countries according to their national conditions.

There are no God, no deity, no heaven, no hell, no reincarnation, no temple, no soul, no savior, no born emperor, no god-given ruler, and no doomsday judgment in this world. Mankind shall strive to pursue peace and happiness, pursue the lasting forever of mankind, avoid the end of the world, and avoid mankind destroys mankind himself.

The content of the book forms a complete system, which is logically self-contained, interlocked together in one go.
