Brenda Black is an author, inspirational speaker, and publicist from Deepwater, Missouri, with more than 1,800 published works to her credit. Wedding Dogs is her sixth book. She is a pastor's wife and the mother of two grown sons, who admits she's tied a bandana on a dog or two and even put a hat on a cat.
